What is Feast Now?
Feast Now makes high-protein foods in Malaysia from hormone-free and antibiotic-free chicken breast, including Chicky Chips, ProFlakes, Chook Protein, Protein Seasoning and Ready-To-Cook Marinated Chicken.
Are your products halal?
All ingredients we use are sourced from halal-certified suppliers.
How much protein is in each pack?
Chicky Chips contain 12–13g of protein per 18g pack. ProFlakes contain 15–16g of protein per 24g pack (3 servings of 8g). Full nutrition details are in each product's description.
Do your products contain allergens?
Some flavours contain allergens such as soy, wheat, fish, crustaceans, sesame or coconut. Please check the ingredient and allergen list in each product's description and on the packaging before eating.
How should I store my order?
Keep Chicky Chips, ProSeasoning and ProFlakes in a cool, dry place and reseal the pack after opening. Each pack contains a food-safe oxygen absorber — please do not eat it. Keep marinated chicken frozen until you're ready to cook and always cook it thoroughly before eating.
Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery then takes 2–5 business days in Peninsular Malaysia and 5–10 business days in Sabah & Sarawak.
Can frozen chicken be delivered to my area?
Frozen chicken products are available only in selected delivery areas supported by temperature-controlled delivery. Delivery arrangements may differ from regular orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch where possible. Please email us with your order number as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange a product?
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. Eligible cases are resolved with a refund, replacement or other suitable remedy. If frozen products arrive thawed or damaged, report it immediately and do not eat them.

How do I get 10% off?
Join as a Feast Now member using the sign-up form on our website. You'll receive the member code FEASTNOW10 by email, which gives you 10% off every order. Use the same email address you signed up with at checkout.
