Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates may vary due to courier operations, location or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available during selected promotions.

Frozen Products

Frozen chicken products are available only in selected delivery areas supported by suitable temperature-controlled logistics. Delivery arrangements may differ from regular orders.
